The Road to Independence: A Virtual Journey is a collaboration between the Division of Culture and Create Caribbean Inc., the Research Institute at Dominica State College.

The project’s principal investigator, Dr. Schuyler K Esprit, is the Director of the Research Institute and the Director of Institutional Research and Academic Instruction at DSC.
